Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ganges Hospitality, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all our bookings. We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly, and therefore, we have outlined a clear refund and cancellation policy for our valued guests.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a refund (Only transection/GST/Service charges will be applicable).
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 20 to 11 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in or in case of no-shows will not be refunded.
- Early Departure: Guests who check out before the reserved date will not be eligible for refunds on unused nights.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method only.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Special promotional rates and discounted packages may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be applicable under any circumstance, including cancellation or no-show.
4. Group Bookings & Packages
Different cancellation terms may apply for group reservations, event packages, or custom deals. Such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Please contact our reservations team for more details.
5. How to Cancel
Guests may cancel their bookings by emailing us at info@gangeshospitality.com or contacting our reservations desk at least 48 hours before check-in. A confirmation of cancellation will be provided for your records.
6. Payment Disputes
Any discrepancies or unauthorized charges must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Our team will investigate the matter promptly and resolve it as per our policy.
7. Modifications to Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. All changes will be published on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance.
